Voice Mail:

Please be aware that at busier times we will choose to allow the phone to go to voice mail so that we may better serve our practice members and give them our undivided attention. We will however, return all phone calls as soon as it is possible so please do not hesitate to leave us a clear message of who you are, what we may assist you with and how and when we can contact you.

Please feel free to use our direct email address once we have an established relationship.  E-mail is an unreliable form of communication so if we don’t know you, your email is likely to be considered spam. Unsolicited emails from vendors will not be reviewed without prior consent.

Fax:

When communicating by fax, it’s necessary that you provide your name, contact information and a detailed, one sided 8 ½ by 11 description of what is needed and why with the understanding that if this is not provided, we cannot respond to the fax.
