We are happy to receive emails from those who wish to communicate with us however we remind everyone that in our estimation, E-mail is an unreliable form of communication and if you are attempting to correspond with our office, always follow up with a phone call or request a ‘reply’ to ensure its review. Unsolicited emails from vendors will not be reviewed without prior consent.

Voice Mail:
Please be aware that at busier times we will choose to allow the phone to go to voice mail so that we may better serve our practice members and give them our undivided attention. We will however return all phone calls as soon as it is possible so please do not hesitate to leave us a clear message of who you are, what we may assist you with and how and when we can contact you to do so.

Fax:
When communicating by fax, it is necessary that you provide your name, contact information and a detailed, one sided 8 ½ by 11 description of what is needed and why with the understanding that if this is not provided, we cannot respond to the fax.
